Delays in payment may result in forfeiting your reserved ad space or digital placement.

6. Licensing & Promotion

By submitting any content, you grant All Things Naples LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your listing and related materials through AllThingsNaples.com, print materials, and our associated media channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

All Things Naples LLC is not liable for:

• Business outcomes or customer acquisition

• Temporary downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service interruptions

• User-submitted content created by others

We do not guarantee any specific results or traffic volumes. All advertising and digital placement services are sold “as-is.”
